Reflections of Nature

What we think determines who we are, or at least who we can be. Feeling connected to the earth, and caring about others, go hand in hand. They are two parts that make the whole.  We can find ourselves, and see others in a different and beautiful way, when we are connected to nature.

The short video is music by Dan Gibson with some beautiful nature scenery. Take a walk in the forest, and experience the quiet. See your reflection in the water, and be at peace.

Blessings to everyone and PEACE!

  1. Thank you for the walk through the garden Nicodemas. I believe your heart is a garden of lovely images, thank you for sharing them, blessings to you as well!

  2. This is so peaceful and calming… I love flowing water, lakes and the sea. Beautiful music to surround this all. The perfect spring post as well. You always have so beautiful posts. Thank you for sharing, Nicodemas!

  3. This is beautiful. I wouldn’t be happy in that wonderful setting. It’s stressful, I don’t understand it, or my place in it. I belong on Michigan Avenue among thousands of strangers, huge skyscrapers, never ending traffic, bikes, noise, Garden, The Bean, the Street Artists, the Art Institute and ART everywhere. That brings me peace and joy. The steel and glass, make my heart sing. I never tire of it. I’m lost and out of touch in the country. I am part the city and She is me. That’s where my heart lives. I’m lucky that I’m in the right spot.:) I would die in the country, in every way imaginable. Just like country people wouldn’t be happy in the city. We all belong somewhere. The trick is to find the right spot. 🙂

    1. Gigi you’re right! We each have a place, and it is important to find where that is. Nature brings for me a sense or healing and spirituality. There’s alot to be said for street artists, museums, the coffee shop, and lots of people! Blessings to you!

  4. So True. I love being in Nature too. Can spend hours being there. Free of any worldly pretense, just like the smile of a baby. You said it all here. 🙂
