The Wind in Our Sails

2015 Sailing 037

How long will the wind carry us?

will we always be moved,

sails being filled,

having the spark, the passion,

the delight,

in each other’s eyes?

Will there be love always?

I can’t imagine us at 80,

wrinkled hands holding,

the treasure of your face,

I pray, I hope, our love will always,

move us, carry us,

to the horizon,

and beyond.

When we are very old,

please hold me,

so I can remember,

the wind in our sails.

  1. words are good but if not applied practically lose their meaning..Relations once promised if broken on the way hurt deep down. Never promise or say anything if one doesnt mean it
