Legend has it that she is the mother of all flowers

if you look closely you can still traces

of her ancestry in most other flowers.


And at the beginning of time, when the bees first saw her, they were ecstatic. They were so happy they danced, and they sang too. Yes, in those days they could sing, and so beautifully.

The buzzing of the hive, is just a small sample of what once was. They still remember the songs, but to be honest, they are too sacred for us to hear.

  1. Pretty poem but the irony is that rhododendron is toxic to honey bees and any honey is toxic to people!
    Some other bees are fine with it though.
