Wisdom and Knowledge

From the Book, The Way of Serenity:

“Wisdom and knowledge aren’t the same thing. Wisdom is not really knowing many things, but rather knowing (discerning) what is important……Like a forty-niner panning for gold, wisdom sifts through the “sand” of ready information to find a treasure. In this last section of the Serenity Prayer, we ask God for “the wisdom to know the difference.””

May we all be able to sift through the sand, to find what is really important, and may we have peace in making our decisions.
