Three O’clock

20160610_161903

At three o’clock

a clock chimes on the wall

a sermon

to remind us

time does not go well without

truth as a soldier,

standing tall.

With tea

angels transport our minds

to the sun streaming

through unbroken limbs

and the hope

carried

by tomorrow.

Influenced by the poetry of Emily Dickinson but the words are mine.

Peace and blessings to everyone.

“When we love people, we give them hope.”
