As a Blackbird Glides Over the Water

100_1046

Walking by quiet streams, deep waters barely moving

smelling the leaves, as a willow gently moves,

inviting me under the covering, of her limbs

touching the green, the bark,

a blackbird glides over the water,

I am enfolded now

into the peace of the mountain,

and prayer

is gently released.
