In the most ancient of forests, angels would dwell whispering
secrets to men and to women formed
born from the soil of the Earth,
they rose up slowly
and the Earth called them,
her children
the First People.
It is true the animals listened too
as the Creator spoke wisdom
through the trees, and stars.
And the people still dance
in order to remember.
