People in My Neighborhood #1

That dog. He had to be the size of at least two, or even three

of her children, put together.

At least. 160 pounds,

at least.

Yet the she way she maneuvered his harness,

told me so much more,

than she had a strong shoulder,

most likely she was filled

with courage

a warrior’s heart,

running strong

within.

  1. Nico, I don’t know why WordPress keeps kicking you out of our follower-list. That really bugs me. πŸ€”

I hope you (both) are fine, spending a wonderful evening. All the best! VVN 🌸

    1. Thank you Valentin! It’s ok. Over the years I’ve seen a lot of weirdness happen. So much so I could write a book about it! I hope you are all well. Peace and wonderful blessings.

      1. What you do is very inspiring and thought-provoking. You take us to paying more attention to the people we encounter. Everybody has their story and is wonderful in their own ways. Thank you for that reminder.

  2. I like that you took something ordinary and transformed it into a powerful observation. Wonderful, Nico. It’s always good to try something new. Take care.
