The Wind I Know

The wind I know never leaves this Earth, moving

teaching the mighty oaks to bend, or caressing

the most gentle of all flowers, once

I saw the mountain wind make a man cry,

with his prayers carried throughout the Earth

his broken heart beginning to mend

the wind announced his need in Singapore

and rain fell washing him,

the wind can do all that,

have you seen the wind move?

  1. “Have you ever seen the colors of the wind…” I hear the song play in my head while reading your lines. Very inspiring. And yes, the wind can do that.

  2. So great poem The wind I know πŸŒ·πŸ™β™₯️the wind plays the biggest role in our lives πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™
There will be thrill when the cold wind touch us and we hate when the storm hits πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
A mild wind can bring clouds and rain for us and angry means it can destroy everything 😟
